Qualifications

Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
Comfortable working remotely and independently managing a flexible schedule.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach to sales.
Prior sales, leadership, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
Willingness to obtain a life and health insurance license; licensing support and guidance provided.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients.
Present life and health insurance solutions tailored to client's needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and service.
Manage sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Track personal performance against sales goals and contribute to team success.
Participate in ongoing training, role-plays, and team meetings to strengthen skills and product knowledge.
Receive mentorship and support with opportunities to advance into leadership.
