Qualifications

• Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing a flexible schedule independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication with a consultative sales approach.
• Prior sales, leadership, or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to obtain Life & Health license; licensing support provided.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and quiet workspace for client calls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients seeking information and guidance.
• Present clear life and health insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up, education, and service during the sales process.
• Manage sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Track personal performance against sales goals and contribute to team metrics.
• Participate in ongoing training, role-plays, and team meetings to refine skills and product knowledge.
• Mentor and support newer team members as you progress into leadership roles.
