Job summary

The Camesi Agency, a fast-growing broker in the insurance space, is seeking motivated individuals for a fully remote sales role in the Atlanta, Georgia area. You'll conduct virtual consultations, present life and health insurance solutions, and build lasting client relationships from home.

No prior insurance experience is required; we provide licensing support, mentorship, and ongoing training. You will manage sales activities in a CRM, track progress, and have opportunities to advance into

Qualifications

• Motivated, self-driven, goal-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with a flexible schedule.
• Strong verbal and written communication, consultative sales approach.
• Prior sales, leadership, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to obtain life and health insurance licenses (Georgia) with licensing support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients seeking information and guidance.
• Present clear life and health insurance solutions tailored to each client.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up, education, and service.
• Manage sales activities and maintain records in the CRM system.
• Track performance against sales goals and contribute to team success.
• Participate in ongoing training, role-plays, and team meetings to strengthen skills.
