Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is recruiting remote insurance sales representatives in the United States. This commission-only independent contractor role is fully remote with flexible scheduling, training, mentorship, and access to leads. No experience required; licensing and training are provided.

You will contact leads, explain insurance options, conduct virtual or phone appointments, and assist clients through the application process.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Licensing assistance and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients throughout the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
