Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking Remote Insurance Sales Representatives to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This commission-only independent contractor opportunity offers flexible scheduling, training, and access to company leads. No experience is required, and licensing and training are provided.

You will conduct virtual or phone appointments with individuals seeking insurance coverage, explain options, complete applications, and work toward client-ready solutions from home.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage
• Contact and follow up with company leads
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments
• Recommend solutions based on each client's individual needs
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process
• Participate in ongoing training and development
