Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking motivated individuals for a remote Insurance Sales Representative role. This fully remote opportunity offers flexible scheduling, training, and access to company leads.

No experience is required; licensing and training are provided. You will contact leads, explain insurance options, conduct virtual or phone appointments, and complete applications as a commission-only independent contractor.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage
• Contact and follow up with company leads
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process
• Participate in ongoing training and development
