Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is hiring Remote Insurance Sales Representatives in a fully remote, commission-only role. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive training, and access to company leads, with licensing and training provided.

No prior experience is required; licensing assistance and mentorship support your growth. You will engage with individuals seeking coverage, conduct virtual or phone appointments, and guide clients through applications while building relationships

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
