Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking remote Insurance Sales Representatives to join our team. This fully remote, commission-only opportunity offers flexible scheduling, access to company leads, and thorough training.

No experience is required; licensing and mentorship are provided to help you obtain the necessary licenses and grow with us. You’ll work from home, connect with individuals by phone or video, and guide clients through coverage options and applications.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
