Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking motivated individuals for remote Insurance Sales Representative roles. This is a fully remote, commission-only opportunity with company-provided leads, flexible scheduling, and access to licensing training. No experience is required, and licensing assistance is provided.

You will conduct virtual or phone appointments, present insurance options, and guide clients through the application process. Training and mentorship are available to support growth.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
