Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking Remote Insurance Sales Representatives to join a fully remote team. You will contact and follow up with leads, explain coverage options, conduct virtual or phone appointments, and complete applications with clients while building relationships.

This independent contractor role is commission-only with licensing training and support. No experience required, and you’ll have access to leads and mentorship to grow your earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients throughout the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
