Qualifications

• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Licensing preferred but not required; company will assist with licensing.

Responsibilities

• Engage individuals and families seeking information about insurance coverage.
• Follow up with company leads and schedule virtual or phone meetings.
• Explain available insurance and financial protection options to clients.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments with clients.
• Recommend solutions based on client needs and circumstances.
• Assist clients through the application process and follow up as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
