Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is hiring Remote Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling, access to leads, and comprehensive training and mentorship.

No experience is required; licensing and training are provided, with licensing assistance and support to obtain the required insurance license before conducting business. Compensation is commission-only with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage
• Contact and follow up with leads
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs
• Complete applications and assist clients throughout the process
• Participate in ongoing training and development
