Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking remote Insurance Sales Representatives to join our team and work from home. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, training, and access to company leads. No experience required, licensing and training provided.

You will conduct virtual or phone appointments, help clients understand insurance options, and guide them through the application process. Ongoing training and mentorship are available to support growth.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required license before conducting insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Engage with individuals and families who requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads.
• Explain available insurance and financial protection options to clients.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments to assess client needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
