Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking motivated individuals for a Remote Insurance Sales Representative position. This fully remote opportunity offers flexible scheduling, company-provided leads, training, and mentorship. No experience is required.

Licensing and training are provided, and you will conduct virtual or phone appointments to assess clients’ needs and present insurance options. Compensation is commission-only as an independent contractor, with earnings tied to sales production.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
