Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking Remote Insurance Sales Representatives to join our team. This fully remote position offers flexible hours, mentorship, and access to multiple insurance carriers and products.

No prior experience is required—licensing and training are provided, and you will work from home with leads supplied. You’ll conduct virtual or phone appointments, assess clients’ needs, and guide them to suitable coverage options.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to and follow up with insurance leads.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments to discuss coverage needs.
• Explain insurance and financial protection options to clients.
• Complete applications and guide clients through the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
