Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking remote Insurance Sales Representatives to join our fully remote team. This contractor role offers flexible scheduling, training, and access to company leads. No experience is required, and licensing/training are provided.

You will conduct virtual or phone appointments, help clients understand insurance options, and guide them through applications while benefiting from ongoing training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Licensing not required to apply; licensing support provided.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
