Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This fully remote opportunity offers flexible scheduling, training, mentorship, and access to leads.

No experience is required, and licensing and training are provided. You’ll work with individuals and families, following up on leads, explaining insurance options, and conducting virtual or phone appointments to determine best-fit solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients throughout the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
