This full-time, outside sales role emphasizes relationship-building, client support, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets with guidance from a supportive team. Compensation includes draw pay, commissions, bonuses, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life (or willing to obtain license; reimbursement available).
• Strong relationship-building and client service skills.
• Self-driven with ability to manage own schedule and travel as needed.
• Professional, positive, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and maintain your own book of business.
• Conduct face-to-face consultations and group presentations (1–100+ people).
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and respond to client needs.
• Manage your schedule while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales goals with guidance from your manager.
