Job summary

Cleft of the Rock, Inc. in Sherman, TX seeks an Insurance Sales Representative for a full-time outside sales role, focused on building relationships with business owners and employees to provide supplemental insurance solutions.

You will develop your own book of business, conduct face-to-face consultations and group presentations, and work with a supportive team to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals with draw pay, commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (reimbursement available).

• Self-driven, resilient, and able to manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and maintain your own book of business.
• Conduct face-to-face consultations and group presentations (1–100+ people).
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and respond to client needs.
