Cleft on the Rock is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative in the Lexington, KY area for a full-time outside sales role. You will build and manage your own client base, meet with business owners and employees, and present insurance solutions to protect what matters most.

Responsibilities include conducting consultations, following up on leads, and reaching sales targets. Compensation includes draw pay, commissions, bonuses, and growth opportunities within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (reimbursement available).
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven with strong time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and maintain your own book of business.
• Conduct face-to-face consultations and group presentations (1–100+ people).

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales goals with guidance from your manager.
