This in-person role offers draw pay plus commissions and bonuses, with licensing assistance and opportunities for leadership development in a mission-driven company focused on care and helping others.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain a license with licensing assistance.
• Ability to build trust and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Motivated to coach and mentor teammates in a field-based role.

Responsabilités

• Build meaningful relationships with business owners and employees.
• Present supplemental insurance solutions aligned with client needs.
• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Train and support new team members to build confidence.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with manager to set goals and grow impact in the field.
