Job summary

Cleft on the Rock is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to build relationships with business owners and employees, delivering supplemental insurance solutions. This full-time outside sales role offers remote/hybrid work, relationship building, client support, and a path to financial growth.

You will meet with clients, conduct presentations, follow up on leads, and manage your schedule while aiming to hit monthly and quarterly sales goals with guidance from your manager.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license; reimbursement available.
• Full-time outside sales role with emphasis on relationship-building.
• Willingness to work in remote/hybrid setup and build a client book.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and maintain your own book of business.
• Conduct face-to-face consultations and group presentations (1–100+ people).
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and respond to client needs.
• Manage your schedule while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales goals with guidance from your manager.
