Cleft of the Rock invites you to join as an Insurance Sales Representative. This full-time outside sales role focuses on relationship-building with business owners, managers, and employees to provide health and life insurance solutions.

You will meet clients, conduct presentations, manage your schedule, and work with a supportive team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals. Compensation includes draw pay, commissions, bonuses, and growth opportunities, with a flexible remote/hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life insurance or willing to obtain license.
• Outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and maintain your own book of business.
• Conduct face-to-face consultations and group presentations (1–100+ people).
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and respond to client needs.
• Manage your schedule while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales goals with guidance from your manager.
