Job summary

The Cascarella Agency is seeking motivated sales professionals to help customers who have already expressed interest in our insurance products. This is a consultative sales role focused on guiding warm leads through the enrollment process and helping them choose coverage that fits their needs.

There is no cold calling. You will work 100% remotely, with full-time and part-time opportunities and paid training.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Professional, confident phone presence.
• Comfortable in a sales-driven environment.
• Coachable, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads who have requested information.
• Explain insurance products and answer customer questions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
• Guide customers through the application and enrollment process.
• Close sales while providing excellent customer service.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
