Farmers Insurance – Northwest District seeks a motivated Business Sales Consultant to build and manage a client portfolio, using provided leads to drive growth. You will work with mentorship, training, and a clear path to executive leadership within the district.

You will operate with independence, establishing a portfolio and delivering ongoing policy reviews and exceptional service, with potential for long-term executive leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active or ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (licensed/licensing fees covered by Farmers)
• Comfortable in a high-reward sales environment
• Proficient in communication and customer service
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships by assessing client needs and educating on coverage options.
• Proactively generate leads and grow a book of business through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Collaborate with District and Associates to hit sales goals and support marketing while maintaining product knowledge and Farmers training.
