Job summary

The Farmers Insurance – Northwest District is recruiting for a Business Development Associate with a clear pathway to long-term executive leadership. This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule with remote work options and in-person training opportunities.

You will manage a client portfolio independently from day one, with mentorship and a proven roadmap to transition into an executive agency manager role.

Qualifications

• Active or ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (fully-paid by Farmers Insurance).
• Comfortable working in a high-reward, sales environment.
• Proficiency in communication and excellent customer service skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships by assessing client needs, educating them on coverage options, and providing ongoing policy reviews and exceptional service.
• Proactively generate leads and build a growing book of business through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and consistent community involvement.
• Team up with the District and other Associates to hit sales goals and support marketing initiatives while staying sharp on product knowledge, industry trends, and Farmers training.
