Job summary

SOGO Insurance is seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Consultant to build a long-term book of business, earn uncapped commissions, and receive world-class training. This fully remote role requires bilingual English and Spanish, a hunter mindset, and the ability to generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach and social media.

You’ll present Commercial and Personal Lines solutions, maintain a CRM-driven pipeline, and collaborate with Account Managers to ensure top-tier client service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful sales experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Active P&C license preferred, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, social media, and relationship-building activities.
• Present customized Commercial and Personal Lines insurance solutions.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline within the CRM.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure client service and retention.
• Participate in weekly coaching sessions, sales training, and professional development programs.
