Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Connect with prospective customers by phone, email, and other virtual communication channels

Identify customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage

What We're Looking For

Active Property & Casualty insurance license required

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Previous insurance sales experience strongly preferred

Additional sales experience in banking, automotive, mortgage, telecommunications, retail, or other customer-facing industries valued

Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Ability to stay organized, manage multiple opportunities, and consistently follow up with prospects

Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance expectations

Coachable attitude and desire for continued professional growth
