Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Previous insurance sales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in banking, automotive, mortgage, or retail sales valued.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers by phone, email, and other virtual channels.
• Identify customer insurance needs and recommend coverage.
• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Build customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Educate customers on coverage options and help them make informed decisions.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in agency systems.
