John Costa State Farm is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a remote sales role and contribute quickly. This position leverages your State Farm agency experience to grow the business from a fully remote environment.

You will balance new business production with relationship-based sales, maintain a healthy pipeline, and pursue measurable production goals. Spanish or Portuguese fluency is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of State Farm agency experience
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Active Life insurance license
• Prior insurance sales experience
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Working new and existing leads through the sales process
• Conducting policy reviews and identifying coverage gaps
• Quoting and presenting auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
• Cross-selling additional products within the existing book of business
• Making outbound calls and following up consistently with prospects
• Handling objections and confidently asking for the sale
• Building relationships that generate referrals and future opportunities
• Managing your pipeline and maintaining organized follow-up
• Tracking activity and production toward agency goals
