Job summary

State Farm is seeking an Account Representative for a fully remote US-based position. This full-time role combines approximately 75% sales and 25% customer service, focusing on new business development and servicing existing policies.

Candidates with active Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses are preferred. You will prospect, generate leads, close policies, review coverage, and assist policyholders with changes and billing while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Prior insurance experience required or preferred.
• Must have active Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses.
• Strong sales, communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads and drive new business.
• Meet and exceed sales goals by closing policies across multiple lines.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage adjustments.
• Assist existing customers with policy changes, billing questions, and endorsements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Deliver responsive, professional customer service in a remote setting.
