Qualifications

• Working knowledge of insurance and claims.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience with commercial insurance documentation, certificates of insurance, policy records, spreadsheets, reports, or business systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with intake, tracking, documentation, and follow-up of claims, incidents, certificates of insurance, endorsements, and requests.
• Maintain accurate claims, insurance, contract, policy, and risk management records.
• Collect and organize data to support reporting, renewals, audits, budgeting, and program analysis.
• Review basic contract insurance requirements and escalate questions as needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments, brokers, carriers, insurers, and vendors.
• Prepare reports, summaries, spreadsheets, and presentation materials.
• Support department procedures, training materials, and process improvement efforts.
