Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Senior Insurance Manager to lead our global corporate insurance program and protect enterprise value across scaling operations. Reporting to the Corporate Treasurer, you will own the global insurance portfolio and develop capital- efficient strategies across property, casualty, financial, and specialty lines.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and executives to optimize risk transfer, manage claims, and provide analytics on coverage strategy and risk

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive corporate insurance, risk management, or brokerage experience.
• Experience managing multi-line insurance portfolios and global renewals across property, casualty, financial, and specialty lines.
• Experience navigating insurance and risk within global technology, hardware, manufacturing, or similarly complex environments.
• Strong understanding of contractual risk transfer, indemnification, and related terms.
• Ability to influence Finance, Legal, Operations, and executive leadership without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or Finance; CPCU/ARM/CRM or similar designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global insurance strategy and renewals across property, casualty, financial, and specialty lines.
• Develop risk-financing strategies including self-insurance and alternative risk-transfer structures.
• Manage trade credit insurance program with Finance to protect receivables.
• Assess supply chain and operational risk exposures and close coverage gaps.
• Establish contractual risk-transfer standards in collaboration with Legal.
• Lead claims management, risk engineering, and remediation efforts to improve insurability.
• Provide risk-financing analytics and executive governance on coverage strategy.
