Job summary

Everus Construction Group, Inc. is seeking an Insurance/Risk Analyst to support the Risk Management team with claims administration, certificates of insurance, policy documentation and data tracking.

This role fits someone with insurance agency, brokerage, carrier or claims experience who aims to grow in corporate risk management, aligned with the Everus 4EVER Strategy. Responsible for understanding and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy across employees, value, execution and relationships,

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of insurance and claims typical of a business or office degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with commercial insurance documentation, certificates of insurance, policy records, spreadsheets or reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist with intake, tracking, documentation and follow-up of claims, certificates of insurance and endorsements.
• Maintain accurate claims, insurance, contract, policy and risk management records.
• Collect and organize data to support reporting, renewals, audits and program analysis.
• Review basic contract insurance requirements and escalate questions as needed.
• Coordinate routine matters with internal departments, brokers, carriers and vendors.
• Prepare reports, summaries, spreadsheets and presentation materials.
• Support department procedures, training materials and process improvements.
