Job summary

Swyfft is seeking a manual QA Analyst with insurance industry experience to join our growing team. You will collaborate with product owners and project stakeholders to strengthen our policy management system for personal and commercial lines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a QA Analyst in the property and casualty insurance space.
• Ability to write detailed test cases and test plans from requirements or user stories.
• Familiarity with interpreting API documentation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand underlying technology to predict and prevent failures.
• Troubleshoot system problems to identify root causes.
• Execute efficient test plans and perform ad-hoc testing as needed.
• Perform data validation and analysis using SQL.
• Create targeted test plans using specifications.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize manual testing and generate test data.
