Job summary

Branch is expanding into new states and lines, and this role leads the development and maintenance of forms and endorsements for our personal lines products. You will test outputs to ensure they match what was filed.

Reporting to the Director of Underwriting, Contract & QA, you’ll join a small team handling filings, regulatory responses, and QA to verify outputs in both function and formatting. You will also support pricing changes and QA automation with analytics.

Qualifications

• Personal lines P&C insurance experience.
• Ability to interpret policy language and identify coverage gaps.
• Experience drafting contracts, amendments, and regulatory filings.
• Knowledge of state insurance regulatory environments.
• Strong QA methodologies and test planning.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain personal lines contracts and endorsements across multiple states.
• Complete filings and respond to regulatory inquiries.
• Run QA to confirm outputs match filings in function and formatting.
• Track pricing changes and test rating tables state by state.
• Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Pricing and Tech on cross-functional changes.
