Job summary

McGriff Specialty (Marsh McLennan Agency) is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to conduct quality assurance reviews, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure compliance within the retail insurance arena.

This fully remote role can be based anywhere in the United States. The ideal candidate has a college degree, at least five years’ experience in Employee Health and Benefits, and strong written and verbal communication, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
• Five years of experience within the Employee Health and Benefits industry.
• Ability to work independently.
• Highly effective written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to act with responsiveness, urgency, and professionalism in all matters while prioritizing responsibilities and proactively accomplishing goals.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
