Job summary

Swyfft is seeking a strategic, tech-minded Project Manager to lead planning and execution of key initiatives across the company. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams, document requirements, and prioritize competing workflows while ensuring clear communication and on-time delivery.

The role covers Pre-Bind, Post-Bind and Claims processes, with exposure across multiple systems and dependencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale project implementations.
• Experience with insurance policy and claims lifecycle is preferred.
• Ability to learn new systems and business processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project planning, execution and implementation for cross-functional initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external teams and vendors to document requirements and dependencies.
• Communicate progress, manage expectations and provide structured follow-up to stakeholders.
• Lead meetings and remove blockers to keep milestones on track.
• Plan resource allocation across departments and document workflows for playbooks and end-user training.
