Job summary

Sproutr LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead 6–10 concurrent client engagements across actuarial, underwriting, product development, and filing. You will manage portfolios with disciplined planning, leverage AI to streamline delivery, and partner with leadership to drive firm-wide improvements.

You’ll report to the Head of Operations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fully remote environment. This full-time role emphasizes delivery and process optimization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing projects in consulting or fast-paced environments.
• Ability to run a full portfolio of concurrent engagements with detail.
• Deep proficiency with project management platforms; Jira is used.
• Fluent with AI tools, daily usage and building workflows.
• Comfort moving quickly into unfamiliar software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted point of contact across your accounts.
• Build and maintain project plans with clear timelines and ownership.
• Keep Jira as the live picture of every engagement.
• Track dependencies across service lines and ensure clean handoffs.
• Identify risks early and present options to mitigate.
• Push back when timelines, scope, or resources don’t add up.
• Produce executive‑level reporting showing health, timeline, and risk.
