Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology projects in insurance, financial services, or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of insurance functions (Policy, Claims, Underwriting, Billing).
• Experience managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects for insurance functions.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and project plans.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and track progress with Jira.
• Coordinate integrations, upgrades, and production releases.
