Howden is seeking a results-driven Producer for the US market with remote work options centered on New Jersey clients. You will build and execute a personal sales plan to meet revenue goals, conduct risk reviews, and propose tailored insurance solutions.

You’ll collaborate with account managers, claims advocates, and marketing specialists to deliver proposals, negotiate with carriers, and maintain proactive client relationships year-round. A strong network and risk advocacy mindset are essential.

• Build and execute a personal sales plan to meet annual revenue and growth objectives.
• Prospect strategically—leveraging centers of influence, referrals, and your own network—to identify new opportunities.
• Conduct risk reviews and coverage assessments, uncovering exposures and recommending solutions.
• Develop and deliver high-quality proposals that reflect Howden’s consultative approach and market strength.
• Collaborate with account managers, claims advocates, and marketing specialists to ensure seamless service from proposal to renewal.
• Stay closely connected with clients year-round, providing proactive advice and positioning yourself as their trusted risk advocate.
• Partner with carriers to negotiate and place coverage tailored to complex and unique client needs.
• Contribute to building Howden’s presence in your community through networking, events, and thought leadership.
• Keep accurate and current records in CRM and reporting systems, leveraging data to prioritize and plan effectively.
• Continuously grow your expertise by keeping up with emerging risks, market developments, and innovative insurance solutions.
