Howden US is seeking a proactive Producer to join our remote New Jersey-based team. You’ll blend relationship building, risk advocacy, and entrepreneurial drive to grow client revenue across diverse industries.

You will develop a personal sales plan, prospect strategically, conduct risk reviews, and deliver consultative proposals. You’ll collaborate with account managers and carriers to secure tailored coverage while maintaining ongoing client partnerships.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/insurance.
• Proven ability to build relationships and win new business.
• Experience conducting risk reviews and presenting solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a personal sales plan to meet revenue targets.
• Prospect strategically through networks and referrals.
• Conduct risk reviews and coverage assessments with clients.
• Prepare high-quality proposals reflecting consultative approach.
