Job summary

Pets Best Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Process Implementation Manager to coordinate regulatory enablement, forms implementation, carrier operations, and cross-functional business change initiatives across the organization.

You will partner with Intake Management, Compliance, Legal, Product, Technology, PMO, Operations, and Carrier stakeholders to ensure regulatory and operational requirements are effectively coordinated, communicated, and executed, driving governance and readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in insurance operations, regulatory enablement, compliance support, or related roles.
• Experience supporting cross-functional business initiatives and implementation efforts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory, carrier-driven, and business change initiatives.
• Translate requirements into actionable implementation plans and track progress.
• Support documentation, governance reporting, and post-implementation validation.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, Technology, PMO, and Carrier teams.
