Job summary

Pets Best seeks a Process Implementation Manager to coordinate regulatory enablement, forms implementation, and carrier operations across the organization. This remote role supports CST/EST time zones in the USA.

You will translate requirements into actionable plans, maintain documentation, and track milestones while collaborating with Product, Compliance, Legal, Technology, PMO, Operations, and Carrier teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

**Pets Best** is seeking a **Process Implementation Manager**.**Job Summary:** The **Process Implementation Manager** serves as a key coordination partner for Regulatory Enablement, Forms Implementation, Carrier Operations, and cross-functional business change initiatives across Pets Best. Working closely with Intake Management, Compliance, Legal, Product, Technology, PMO, Operations, and Carrier stakeholders, this role helps ensure regulatory, carrier, and operational requirements are effectively coordinated, communicated, tracked, and implemented across the organization. This individual will help establish operational rhythm, strengthen implementation governance, promote operational readiness, and drive successful execution of approved initiatives. This position provides dedicated ownership of Regulatory Enablement support, Forms Implementation coordination, Carrier Operations support, operational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and business change enablement activities. The role serves as a critical partner in strengthening implementation governance, execution consistency, and cross-functional Pets Best to Doubtless coordination. **Job Location:** Remote – USA, Candidates in CST or EST time zones strongly preferred. **Main Responsibilities:****Regulatory Enablement & Implementation*** Coordinate regulatory, carrier-driven, and business change initiatives.* Support review, documentation, communication, and implementation of regulatory and carrier requirements.* Translate business requirements into actionable implementation plans.* Maintain implementation documentation, requirements, and stakeholder communications.* Monitor implementation progress and escalate risks, barriers, and dependencies.**Forms Implementation & Operational Readiness*** Coordinate carrier forms implementation activities across the organization.* Facilitate requirements gathering, business impact assessments, implementation planning, and readiness activities.* Lead cross-functional discovery sessions and implementation-related meetings.* Track milestones, deliverables, action items, and implementation commitments.* Support post-implementation validation and issue resolution activities.**Cross-Functional Coordination & Governance*** Coordinate regulatory inquiries, legal inquiries, carrier implementation requests, and related business initiatives.* Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, Technology, PMO, Customer Care, Claims, and Carrier stakeholders.* Prepare implementation status reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.* Support audit requests, remediation activities, MCAS/MCE coordination, and governance reporting.**Basic Qualifications:*** High school diploma or GED required.* 5+ years of experience in insurance operations, regulatory enablement, compliance support, forms implementation, business analysis, project coordination, or related functions.* Experience supporting cross-functional business initiatives and implementation efforts.* Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining attention to detail.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and related business tools.* Strong execution and follow-through.* Ability to establish operational rhythm, create structure, and drive accountability in evolving environments.* Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.* Experience building, documenting, and improving business processes.* Skilled at coordinating across multiple stakeholders and business functions.* Solutions-oriented, adaptable, and highly organized.**Preferred Qualifications:*** 6+ years of insurance industry experience, including carrier, regulatory, compliance, operational, or implementation-focused roles.* 3+ years supporting compliance, regulatory enablement, product implementation, business change management, or cross-functional project delivery.* 3+ years of forms management, forms implementation, policy administration changes, or regulatory change implementation experience.* Knowledge of insurance operational workflows, carrier relationships, regulatory requirements, and implementation lifecycles. #LI-Remote **Compensation:** National base pay range: $91,325 – $114,158 per year.Chicago base pay range: $100,458 – $125,574 per year.This is the range we reasonably expect to pay at hire. Placement within the range depends on job-related factors such as experience, skills, and certifications. This position is not eligible for bonus or incentive pay.
