Job summary

Guardian Dentistry Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist to post insurance payments in Denticon and manage EFTs, takebacks, and reconciliations. The role supports a fully remote team across the network, emphasizing accuracy and timely processing.

You will work with a growing Revenue Cycle group, address unapplied balances, attach EOBs, and seek process improvements while collaborating with leadership committed to integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in dental revenue cycle or insurance payment posting.
• Solid understanding of EOBs, EFTs, VCCs, and checks.
• Ability to research and reconcile independently.

Responsibilities

• Post insurance payments accurately in Denticon.
• Manage EFTs, virtual credit cards, and checks.
• Address offsets and insurance takebacks.
• Clear unapplied balances.
• Attach EOBs appropriately.
• Perform daily reconciliation.
• Keep backlog current.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency.
