Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage with members through daily calls to identify their financial needs
  • Explain the value and benefits of supplemental insurance products
  • Provide outstanding customer service to enhance member retention
  • Assist throughout the application process—offering updates and support
  • Provide ongoing assistance after enrollment, such as policy reviews, beneficiary changes, and claims help
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards related to life insurance sales and services

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate systems efficiently
  • Organized with excellent time management abilities
  • Detail-oriented and motivated to succeed
