Job summary

INSHUR is seeking an Insurance Licensing Coordinator to own the end-to-end administration of the licensing pipeline across corporate entities and individuals. You’ll ensure licensing, CE updates, and regulatory readiness, acting as the central engine across ~1,000 filings and credentials.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup with Dallas office presence at least one day per month, collaborating with Claims Team Leaders and multiple departments to optimize processes and reduce friction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing high-volume administrative pipelines or regulatory schedules with zero missed details.
• Comfortable chasing down missing information before it becomes an issue.
• Able to read complex forms and interpret detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Licensing Engine: coordinate applications, renewals, and filings for corporate entities, agencies, adjusters and producers.
• Master the Dashboard: maintain licensing dashboard with 100% accuracy on filing statuses and deadlines.
• Drive Proactive Chasing: gather key documentation from adjusters and team members well before deadlines.
• Interface with State Departments of Insurance: submit forms, track progress, and resolve basic inquiries.
• Spot ROI & Efficiency Opportunities: identify unnecessary licenses to save costs while keeping coverage tight.
