INSHUR is seeking an Insurance Licensing Coordinator to own end-to-end licensing administration across corporate entities, agencies, and producers. You will ensure compliance, timely renewals, and up-to-date continuing education while working with a hybrid model that includes a Dallas office visit.

You’ll maintain the licensing dashboard, coordinate with state departments, and optimize the workflow to minimize regulatory friction across roughly 1,000 filings.

Qualifications

• Robust organization of high-volume administrative pipelines or regulatory schedules.
• Proactively chase missing information before deadlines.
• Able to read complex forms and follow detailed instructions with smart questions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Licensing Engine: manage routine applications, renewals, and filings for entities, agencies, and individuals.
• Master the licensing dashboard and ensure 100% accuracy on statuses, deadlines, and deficiencies.
• Drive proactive chasing to gather documentation well before deadlines.
• Interface with State DOIs: submit forms, track progress, resolve basic inquiries.
• Spot ROI opportunities to reduce unnecessary licenses while keeping coverage.
