Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a detail‑oriented insurance administrative professional to support certificates, renewals, and policy maintenance. Hybrid work model in Carmel, IN, three days a week, with opportunities to contribute to client service excellence.

The role emphasizes timely certificate issuance, accurate documentation, and collaboration with Client Managers to ensure smooth renewals and endorsements. A Property & Casualty license within 90 days is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in insurance carrier or brokerage preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Service-focused with interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Sagitta, ImageRight, and CSR24 is a plus.
• Must obtain Property & Casualty license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries promptly and maintain documentation in agency systems.
• Issue certificates of insurance and auto ID cards within standard turnaround times.
• Manage renewal processes, endorsements, and loss runs where needed.
• Process notices of cancellation and update systems accordingly.
• Maintain suspense items and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Prepare materials for presentations and coordinate carrier marketing meetings.
