Job summary

Integrity is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to oversee and execute licensing activities. You will coordinate licensing agreements, ensure legal compliance, and maintain accurate licensing records while collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and legal advisors to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in the life insurance industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with NIPR and State Department of Insurance websites is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and follow-up effectively.
• Strong math skills and analytical abilities.
• Strict attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to work with salespersons of varying experience and personalities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate licensing agreements and ensure compliance with legal stipulations.
• Maintain precise licensing records and collaborate with internal teams, external associates, and legal advisors.
• Streamline the licensing process and implement process improvements.
• Conduct random quality reviews to ensure policy adherence and accuracy.
• Resolve complex issues and handle escalated situations and calls.
• Prepare regular productivity and trend reports; take corrective actions as needed.
• May lead projects as assigned.
